Not at all! Our sessions are perfect for anyone, whether you’re new to these practices or have explored similar approaches before.
All you need is an open mind and a willingness to relax and receive. Ann will guide you through everything step by step to ensure you feel comfortable and supported.
Before, During & After a Session
Before Your Session
- When to Arrive: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, if new you will need to complete some paperwork and take a moment to relax before we begin.
- What to Wear: Dress in light-colored, comfortable loose clothing, ideally white or pastel shades. These colors are thought to promote clarity and openness.
- What to Bring: Just yourself! All you need is an open mind and a willingness to heal. Some water for the drive home is recommended.
During the Session
- Setting the Atmosphere: You’ll enter a peaceful, calming space and Ann will briefly discuss with you why you are there, your needs and any specific areas you'd like to focus on.
- What Happens: You’ll lie down in a relaxed position. Throughout the session, you may feel sensations like warmth, tingling, or lightness. Some people even experience emotional release or vivid imagery. The process is completely non-invasive, and you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.
- Your Comfort Matters: If at any point you feel uncomfortable let Ann know. This is your time to feel supported and cared for.
After Your Session
- How You Might Feel: Many clients feel calm, lighter, and more centered immediately after the session. It’s normal to feel a bit tired or deeply relaxed, as your body integrates the effects of the session.
- What to Do Next: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and support the clearing process. Take it easy for the rest of the day / night—this is your time to enjoy the benefits of the session. After healing it's not recommended to mix with people, go out for dinner or go to shopping centres as you are integrating the energy and others energy will impact this.
- Ongoing Benefits: Over the next few days, you may notice improved sleep, reduced stress, and a renewed sense of vitality.
Healing doesn't happen right away, its a process of undoing years of whats made us unwell up to today. It's ongoing and you will feel the change.
